Wolfie

Wolfie is a female 6'ish year old Schnauzer. Spayed. Her vaccination is up-to-date, and she is microchipped.  

Wolfie lives well with other dogs. She's not a 'play' dog, but rather, like to keep to herself and be beside her humans on the couch.  She sleeps on her bed and she would sleep in your arm when watching TV. 

Toilets outside, but hasn't learn to use the dog door that we have. 

She can stay at home but prefers to have human company (like most dogs). When left outdoors, she doesn't bark. Wolfie hardly barks. 

When meeting other perople, she will pay full attention if they have treats. 

She walks nicely on a lead with an Easy Walk Harness. For 'sniff' walk, she is on a long line. She doesn't have any recall when she is on a sniff. She likes investigating.  It can become a long walk however, she will walk beside you when on a short leash.  

Prior to living with her owners, she was with the SPCA. A friend of her from SPCA approached her about adopting Wolfie as she needed a home with another small dog. She is so sweet, everyone finds her incredibly endearing. She is epileptic but until the owners had their child, this was well managed with medication. When she goes to stay with friends she has no issues with it and often goes long periods with us without a seizure. For some reason, when she's left alone with their toddler it's triggered.  And she hates squeaky toys!

INCLUDES
1) dog training/advice (includes our Life Skills class when offered)

3) her blanket and some food.
4) microchipped and fully vaccinated (0ver $150)
5) Discounted homestays at $38.50/day instead of $43/day

Filll in our registration and we can see if you are a good fit or if we have more than 1 dog to rehome, another dog might be more suitable.
